Ryvion Boekr is provided under the Ryvion name as an online accounting service for invoices, customers, expenses and related administrative functions.

These terms describe the permitted use of Ryvion Boekr during the current closed-beta/SaaS phase. This English version is a support translation; the Dutch version is authoritative.
In the event of any discrepancy between translations, the Dutch version shall be authoritative and prevail.

These terms apply to access to and use of Ryvion Boekr, including trial, test and closed-beta environments.
Additional processing, payment or commercial terms may apply later when specific functions are activated.
The service may only be used for lawful business administration.
Users remain responsible for checking invoices, accounting records, VAT information, OCR results and exports before external use.
Users are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for activity within their account.
Suspected misuse, unauthorized access or loss of credentials should be reported as soon as possible.
Trial or closed-beta access may be limited, manually approved or temporary.
Functionality may be changed, expanded or restricted during this phase without a promise that every test feature will continue.
Plans and prices may be displayed in the application or on the website. Payment or upgrade only becomes binding when the relevant payment and activation flow is explicitly available and confirmed by the user.
Ryvion Boekr currently does not include automatic recurring mandates, a customer billing portal or automatic invoice generation after payment unless those features are separately activated and documented later.
Users remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness and statutory retention of their own administration.
Ryvion Boekr provides tools for processing and overview, but does not replace user review or advice from an accountant, tax adviser or legal adviser.
We aim to provide a safe and stable service, but do not guarantee permanent availability or error-free operation.
Maintenance, security updates and technical changes may temporarily affect availability.
The service must not be used for unlawful activity, account misuse, unauthorized access attempts, system disruption or processing data without a lawful basis.
Bypassing security, reverse engineering or use that harms the service is not allowed.
All rights in the software, design, documentation, brand and technical structure of Ryvion Boekr remain with Ryvion or its licensors.
Users retain rights in their own business and accounting data.
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct damage demonstrably caused by an attributable failure.
Ryvion is not liable for indirect damage, consequential loss, lost revenue, data loss caused by misuse, or decisions based on incorrectly entered data.
Access may be terminated in case of misuse, security risks, expired trial, breach of terms or termination of the agreement.
Upon termination, users remain responsible for timely export or safeguarding of their own administration where needed.
These terms may be changed when the service, law or commercial setup changes.
For material changes, the applicable version will be communicated as clearly as reasonably possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Disputes will in principle be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
